Equity and Law was formed to help people in business deal with various issues at managing director level. At the conception of B.M.I. in 1987, the Partners, who were operating as Business Transfer Agents and Auctioneers, were faced with trying to sell various businesses that had failed and needed to be disposed of quickly in order to correct a failed business idea. As a result of this a need a solution was identified and as a result assistance was then offered at an earlier stage, help business owners make informed decisions within their business and correcting problems that were identified, and Equity & Law grew from there by offering business solutions!
Now business owners have what they most need, instant access to the key indicators that drive their business success. Equity and Law now delivers better information, faster, for less than in-house costs and this has proved to be an instant successful when approaching lenders for funds for expansion
