Business Consulting Fees
Fixed Charge / General Business Consultancy Charges
For formal appointments, we charge a professional hourly rate of £195 plus expenses plus VAT, subject to our 'Terms of Engagement'. We understand that timing of payment may be difficult and will in all cases do our best to assist by prior agreement. Crisis Consultancy Charges
We accept instructions from individuals, advisors and lending institutions. We will provide an Executive Crisis Summary Report (ECSR) including detail of the existing enterprise and their probable or actual financial performance, legal interests, opinions of asset value and net worth, planning potential if any, planning and environmental designations, threats and opportunities, conclusion and, most importantly, recommendations for the future. (This report will be based upon information provided and freely available and will not necessarily represent an entirely accurate depiction of affairs until verified by further instructions).
Our all inclusive charges for providing an ECSR across England and Wales are based upon the following scale and are subject to our 'Terms of Engagement'. For this service our invoice will be raised and settled in advance of any professional time incurred.

251 - 500 £3,750 plus VAT
500 - 1,000 £5,000 plus VAT

Corporate Consultancy Fees - turnover per 100,000's
100,000 - 199,000 2,500 plus VAT
200,000 - 499,000 3,750 plus VAT
500,000 - 999,000 5,000 plus VAT
1,000,000 POA
